How long will it take to receive my order?
For in-stock orders, please allow 1-2 weeks from the time your order is placed to receive. For all other orders, please allow 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your item(s).
How can I track my order? When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the status of the shipment. If you’re having an issue with the tracking number for your order, please contact our customer support team at info@goldendu.de
Do you accept vegan leather items? Yes, vegan leather items are accepted.
What payment options are accepted? Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay.
When will my credit card be charged? Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
What shipping methods do you use? Golden Dude Leathers sends domestic orders with UPS and with DHL for international. All packages are insured, and as soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.
We are unable to ship domestically and/or internationally to PO, APO, or FPO boxes.
Do you offer international shipping? All international orders are subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance. These fees can be estimated and pre-paid during checkout to avoid clearance issues on import. Do I pay sales taxes? You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse or California. The Golden Dude Leathers warehouse is located in New York, N.Y.
